October 2017 Honorary Life Membership Awards
Presentation at The Almanack in Kenilworth
On Thursday 19th October, our chairman, Ojars Bartmanis, presented David Rickers, Gordon Mitchell and Joan Rockett with certificates to record the awarding of honorary life membership in recognition of their long service, following their stepping down from the committee at the 2017 AGM.

July 2017 – “2018 Calendar” Photo Competition Winner
This year we have held a competition to select the images which would be used for our 2018 Calendar.
The winning images have been selected and can be seen on the 2018 Calendar page here.
The overall winner, Fabio Rodrigues, had his image used on the Front cover and can be seen below receiving his award from Bart Bartmanis, the new Chairman of Friends of Abbey Fields.
